What is federally subsidized housing?

Federally subsidized housing provides financial aid to landlords so that landlords can rent to people with lower incomes.

The financial aid pays a portion of the rent to the landlord, which then lowers your rent. Subsidized housing follows special federal regulations, Florida law, and terms in your lease.
